General Enquiries
  • What kind of properties do you work on? 

We currently work on HDB flats, Condominiums, Landed properties and Commercial buildings.

  • Do you accept jobs outside of Singapore?

As Home Doctor Services is a Singapore based company, we currently accept jobs within Singapore only.

Prices and Warranty
  • Are the prices quoted inclusive of transportation charges?

No, it is not inclusive of transportation charges. It will vary according to the location within Singapore, and will be added to the final cost.

  • Are the prices quoted inclusive of additional items/spare parts bought to complete the job?

No, it is not inclusive of the cost of additional items/spare parts bought. The additional amount will be added to the final cost accordingly.

  • Are all completed service works provided by Home Doctor Services covered under warranty?

Yes, all works conducted by Home Doctor Services will have a service warranty of up to 7 days from the date of completion. However, the period of warranty will depend on the nature of product purchased or installed.

We will not be liable for any damages of any kind after the 7 days service warranty period.

  • I can’t find the service I require on the website. What can I do?

For non-urgent job requests, feel free to drop us your enquiry via the “Contact” page on our website, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

For urgent job requests, you can also call our hotline at 6219 9671 on Mondays to Sundays (8am to 8pm).

  • What can I do if work-related defects occur after the job is completed?

At Home Doctor Services, we aim to provide high quality service works for each customer.

Customers can be rest assured that since our services are covered under a service warranty period, we will fix work-related defects at no additional cost during the warranty period.

  • I would like to postpone the timing/date of my appointment. What can I do?

We will try to accommodate to your preferred timing and date, subjected to availability. Please inform us of the change at least 24 hours before your original appointment.

Payment
  • What are the payment methods you accept?

We accept cash, bank transfer or cheque payment. An official invoice and receipt will be issued to you accordingly.

  • Do I have to make any full payment or deposit upfront?

No, we do not require any full payment or deposit upfront for jobs under S$1,000 in work value.

For jobs amounting to S$1,000 or above, we accept deposits of 20% of the total cost with the remaining amount to be paid upon job completion.

  • I would like to make a cancellation. Will there be any penalty charges?

Yes, we charge $30 for the cancellation penalty.

In addition, material fees will also be added on for special cases if they were purchased on behalf of customers.
