- What can I do if work-related defects occur after the job is completed?
At Home Doctor Services, we aim to provide high quality service works for each customer.
Customers can be rest assured that since our services are covered under a service warranty period, we will fix work-related defects at no additional cost during the warranty period.
- I would like to postpone the timing/date of my appointment. What can I do?
We will try to accommodate to your preferred timing and date, subjected to availability. Please inform us of the change at least 24 hours before your original appointment.
